All the white-stained Birch Ply cupboards, shelves, table tops, drawers and a vertical bottle-rack are hung on a large English Oak structure, supported by the two main uprights.

This allows a light, open structure, where the floor and walls are still visible.

The whole piece was built in the workshop and assembled on site in a few hours while the clients were out for lunch. When they got back, one said: "I hardly noticed it. It looks like it's always been there!"
